I just replaced the my brake calipers and pads on my 97 rwd ranger but there is a leak at the fitting where the brake line and caliper meet, iv tryed new crush washers but it still ****** brake fluid every time I step on the brake, what could be the problem?

yep this is a two man job, onece you get air in the lines is better to do all four, my has abs and i was able to do it, but next time don't take anylines lose just turn the piston clockwise and you should be able to push it in.

You will really need to completely bleed the system. You may want to use a powerbleeder to get the system clear of air. It takes alot of pumping of the brakes to get all the air out. You will not get good brake pressure untill you clear out the brake system of air.

The pins / wedges just tap out use a scewdriver on the metal edge of the pin just tap it out to the rear and when putting them back in just tap them back in from the front. You will see they are diamond shape and metal cased around rubber very easy to do just take your time.

check vacumn and\or connections to the vacumn boost cannister.

you need a new master cyclinder..you needed to open the brake line before you forced the caliper back in ,,,otherwise you force the fliud the wrong way though the master cylinder and ruin the internals
