There should two separate bulbs for marker and blinker. It sounds like a bulb is burnt out, bad ground, melted socket or a wiring anomaly. Are you certain it's supposed to have 57 series dual element bulbs for blinker and markers?
Soounds like you have a turn signal bulb out on the left side of your vehicle, most trun signals will flash rapidly if one bulb goes out, check your turn signals on the left side and make sure all the bulbs are working, front and rear..
When a turn signal bulb is blinking fast, it is an indicator that a bulb is bad in the system. Replace the left rear turn signal bulb, then see if the left front blinker has gone back to normal. Usually a fast flashing signal is because one of the bulbs is burned out or shorted out. If the signal and brakes use the same light which many cars do then check the wiring to it and replace bulb. If burns out again then it has a short between the signal switch and the actual light or the brake wiring to it is shorted.
If the left turn is flashing fast then this is a sign that either the front or rear indicator bulb has blown and will need replacing once you have done this then you should find it will work properly if not post me a message back then i can assist you further ok
check all bulbs,inspect sockets for corrosion,rust ,or sighns of overload.follow wires and check connectors if all good ,replace the flasher ,,if that doesnt fix it ,the blinker switch in the steering coulmn would be next
Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
If new bulbs don't work, it is probably the harness that holds the bulb. I had to replace both on my car after fighting with the problem for over a year and not knowing.
