Warped brake rotors. don't resurface just replace them. if the steering wheel shakes its the front, if the seat of your pants shakes its the rear. in most cases the front will warp first

SOURCE: I replaced both brake pads

The brake rotors need to be cut or replaced. There are high spots and low spots on the rotor, and due to this, the brake pedal will pulse when the brakes are applied. When ever brakes are replaced, the rotors should also be serviced.

Please have this checked out as soon as possible. Either you, a Mechanic, or an alignment shop, need to check out the front-end and all four points. Something has changed, broke, or is loose and worn out. Check: Ball-joints, wheel bearings, tie-rods, rims, lug-nuts, tires, tire balance, tire inflation, tire tread wear, alignment, U-joints, shocks, and suspension. Let me know if I can be anymore help, good luck.

When breaking, my break pedal begins to pulsate when stopping. Also, the steering wheel begins to shake when breaking.

Usually a sign one of the front brake rotors is out of round. It could also be something wrong with the abs but I doubt it.

What makes it shakes

Sounds like bad brake pulsation, meaning warped rotors. When rotors are warped , they push the caliper piston in and out ,causing the brake pedal to pulsate and shake the steering wheel. I would start with replacing the front pads and rotors, and if you have drum brakes in the rear, have those cleaned and adjusted for a more balanced braking system.

Shakes while braking, jusy bought new tires one had a huge bubble so I assumed that was the problem ,but it shakes even more now.,

your front brake rotors are warped. If you brake lightly and feel a pulsation in the brake pedal then this is most likely your problem. The rotors must be turned on a lathe or be replaced.

I feel shaking in brake pedal of my 99 rodeo and squealing

Most likely cause is out of round brake rotors.
They will need to be resurfaced or replaced to correct the pulsation you feel in the pedal.
One other cause I can think of is the ABS (anti lock brake system) is activating due to possibly a bad wheel speed sensor.
You can disconnect the power connector at the ABS control unit and road test the vehicle.
If the pulsation is still there than it is not an ABS problem.
