Under the dash, on the left side of your steering column is a narrow fuse box with a cover on it. You can remove the cover and see that it identifies what fuse goes to what. The A/C fuse is a 10 Amp.
The A/C relay is in the larger fuse box under the hood of your car. with the cover removed and looking towards the windshield, the relay is first on on the left, about 1"x 1/2" rectangular.

You can replace the horn. Check to see if the wires connected to the horn have power. Check with a test light. If power is present then the horns are bad.

Looking for ac fuse

there is an AC clutch relay located in the under hood fuse box. This part seems to go bad frequently. $11 at rockauto.com. The relay is marked MG/CLT. This controls the clutch that activates the compressor

1999 toyota solara cigarette lighter and 12v are not working need to know what fuse to replace? is there a fuse box inside there is 2 of them under hood but nothing about car lighter or clock lights

Hi,
Check your owner's manual if you have one. It will tell you the locations of your fuse boxes.
On my '03 corolla, there is a small enclosed one to the left of my steering wheel, under the dash. Maybe yours is in the same location. hope this helps...
Good luck!

2003 corolla air conditioner blows hot air

I had the same problem with my '03 corolla. If your freon is ok, your fuse under dash is ok but your clutch is not engaging... My culprit was a $27.99 A/C Relay switch, located in the fuse box under the hood. It was either that, or paying $75 just to have it diagnosed, then $x to repair.
Good luck!

03 corolla air conditioning problems

If you were low on freon before, It's possible you have a leak in your system. If you take it back, have them check for the leak before they let you drive off with another freon loss.
Good luck...

Radio and cigarette lighter do not get power

The fuse you are looking for might be in the fuse box under the hood. I think on or about page 203 of the owners manual it will show the locations of the fuse boxes. The one under the dash is a little tricky. Just figure out what by looking at the pattern of the fuse lay out. You are looking for a 15 amp(blue) fuse I believe.

After you fix that I would recomend using the power outlet. I believe there are 2. One just in front of the shifter and the other in the center armrest storage box.
