I HAVE A 2005 LINCOLN LS, THE CODE IS IN THE CAR. I HAD TO PUT THE DRIVERS SEAT ALL THE WAY BACK, LAY ON THE FLOOR UPSIDE DOWN BY THE BRAKE PEDAL. YOU NEED A FLASH LIGHT AN PEN AN PAPER. BEHIND THE CENTER CONSOLE (BEHIND THE RADIO AND HEATER) IF YOU LOOK UP YOU WILL SEE SEVERAL STICKERS WITH NUMBERS ON IT I WROTE THESE NUMBERS DOWN THEN TRIED THEM ON THE DOOR. EX- ONE STICKER LOOKED LIKE THIS 0123485, MY CODE WAS 23,4,85 THE FIRST TWO NUMBER DIDN'T MEAN NOTHING. YOU WILL HAVE TO PLAY AROUND WITH THE NUMBERS TO FIND YOURS. THE DEALER WANTED $100 BUCS TO TELL ME. [email protected]
Are you referring to the keypad on the door? Any Ford or Lincoln Mercury dealer can get the code for you. You will need to go there with proof of ownership and your VIN number (17 digit). Also, look in your owner manual packet for the plastic card with the code on it.
If the master code or owner selectable code is lost or forgotten, the GFA RF keypad must be replaced. These codes are not stored in any vehicle module (with the exception of 2004 F-Super Duty vehicles produced prior to 12/3/2003).
