Use Google & type-- 1992 Cadillac OBD1 Codes Lots of info their on your cars system & gm codes OBD1 Codes E48,F11,F30 type that in search engine google, bing etc
Below os a description of what code e48 is and basically has to do with the EGR system and your computer doing tests and the tests failing. As far as the other codes I'm not certain to be honest with you. I do know by holding the "OFF" & "LOW" buttons at the same time clears the codes in the BCM and a 7.0 should appear at the end. The .0.7 and the .8.8.8 I am sorry but didn't have any luck with that and really haven't heard of. Wish I could be more help but here is the description on the e48 for you. Hope this helps.
The E98 is P/N to D/R In ISC (Idel Speed Control) Range problem. This code will not trigger a service light.
The F47 is Refrigerent System Problem. This code turns on the Service Air Cond light, and switched the Climate Control from Auto to Economy.
Code 22 OPEN TPS SENSOR CIRCUIT , E 70 INTERMITTANT TPS SIGNAL, E98 DRIVER CAUSED PARK / N TO DRIVE motion by the driver, attempting a shift position, not agreeable with computer. Go figure ! Hope this helps
