2003 ctdi goes into limp mode

I have a 2003 civic 1.7 ctdi with 78000 miles and going into limp mode and engine management light on constantly. Computer codes read po238 102 113 and p1236. I have tried cleaning the turbo pressure sensor and replaced the mass air flow sensor but no change. The car isn't smoky and according to the service book it had a new turbo fitted 6000 miles ago. It's been suggested I change the fuel filter and clean the egr valve. Can you help please

Code p0238 refers to manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor A TC system --high input===causes --wiring short to positive --MAP sensor---ECM
Replace the sensor (internal fault)
code p0102 refers to mass air flow (MAF) sensor /volume air flow (MAV) sensor --low input ===causes wiring short to ground ---MAF/VAF sensor
again the MAF is implicated as faulty

code po113 refers to intake air temperature (IAT) sensor--circuit malfunction===causes --wiring open circuit/short to positive --wiring short to ground --ground wire defective---IAT sensor---ECM

Now looking at all the codes the most common fault is wiring damaged so pay particular to the condition of the wiring loom --the condition of the connections --clean pins - pins not bent --water in the connections . IT is common that when disconnecting the units that the connection is pulled apart by pulling on the wires .. This check is the cheapest before any money is spent on the rest . Do not clean but replace because if cleaning does not produce a result you still do not know if you cleaned it properly or if it is faulty

If wiggling the wires cured the code, then one of the wires is broken inside the insulation. Pull on each wire one at a time. look for the colored insulation to stretch, this will be the broken wire. For the other car that wont rev up, this is a common when the catalytic concverter is plugged up. This will also cause MAF codes, and in turn, TRAC OFF light.

Before we do anything else lets do a fuel pressure check to make sure the pump is a-ok as well as the fuel pressure regulator. Your gonna need shop manual for this as well as a fuel pressure tester. If all checks out then move to the Turbo code.
Turbo code looks like the waste gate is stuck open and your not building the boost. Do a visual inspection look for any signs of overheating and bearing wear. Check or change oil as needed.
With regards to the Mass air flow I believe you have to replace it. Keep in mind this thing might be the root of you whole problem.
I strongly suggest you use the shop manual for the codes you got. it will make this repair a snap.

Honda Civic car will not go over 20 miles per hour and doesn't and doesn't go over 3000rpm stopped in park or even driving after 10 miles

This is known as "get me home" mode/limp mode.
It is designed for you to get the car safely to the side of the road. Needs to go to a garage as there is a fault somewhere which will probably need attaching to a computer to investigate.

With engine off tap the accelerator pedal several times on and off quite hard , this will free up the electronic mechanism that controls the amount of fuel going to the engine. Now start car ,your engine management light(usually yellow) should go out and the limp mode of car will switch off and resume normal driving. If still in limp mode will need error codes deleting from ecu by garage.

PO456 is most times a gas cap or gasket,
to get an incorrect gear ratio the transmission has probably started to slip.

Change the fluid and filter first off in the transmission and use only atf+4 fluid and possibly the govenor pressure sensor, and change gas cap.

You need to have the codes checked. The injectors in your engine have an issue where they either bypass fuel back to the tank or crack the body and fuel goes into the oil pan.

The warranty period goes to 200k miles, sorry I don't remember how many years, I think it was 7 years.

If you had a smoke problem before you used the kleaner you already have an injector problem.
