hi from uk from your symptoms you describe may i suggest that as you say this occures only after repeatbraking /when brakes and tyres are heated? this may be a tyre fault? or you may have a a fault with a steering joint? suggest you check tyres for defects on front when you have run/braked and fault occures? look for buge on tyre?inner or outer? also raise each wheel and rotate whilst check for ovality on circumfrence? please come back with your findings or if you req more advice?

you have to check the bearing on left side, it may need to change, and after make sure of tyre condition and pressure.

Please have this checked out as soon as possible. Either you, a Mechanic, or an alignment shop, need to check out the front-end and all four points. Something has changed, broke, or is loose and worn out. Check: Ball-joints, wheel bearings, tie-rods, rims, lug-nuts, tires, tire balance, tire inflation, tire tread wear, alignment, U-joints, shocks, and suspension. Let me know if I can be anymore help, good luck.
