Pls help, my car is having all these problems and its not movein well. (1) p0141 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2. (2) p0325 knock sensor 1 circuit malfunction bank 1 or signal sensor .(3) p0340 camshaft position sensor circuit G signal. (4) p0500 vehicle speed sensor malfunction,. (5) p0773 shift solenoid valve SL circuit
That means you need the Oxygen Sensor, Knock sensor Camshaft position Sensor is usually on the outside of the timing cover which is a good thing. . Bank one simply means you are in front of your engine and you would pull the wire from the Number one spark plug and that part of your engine is bank one. The opposite side is bank two.
I would have the ECM (Engine Control Module ) checked. So many sensors going bad at the same time is just not normal. It's something that only a professional can do . Sorry about that. But to replace all those sensors one at a time would cost you not only money but a serious amount of time.

first the quest, this is common for nissan, replace the knock sensor, this sensor is located under the intake manifold rear of engine, some models you can sneak sensor out without removing the intake, this will take care of that car. now the camry, im guessing this is a 4 cylinder engine, replace the air fuel sensor (oxygen sensor) thats on the exhaust manifold. this will solve that problem. hope this helped.

Hi, Toyota have recalled its 2001-2003 Rav4s I own 2 of them and my 2002 had the same problem until I call Toyota National customer service and confirmed that my VIN# fail in the recalled vehicle. the main problem is ECM and replaced by local Toyota dealer free of charge. You need to act now by next year this warranty will end since your vehicle will turn 10 years. The other thing is it got to be under 150,000 miles on it. Call the Toyota National customer service right away.
SOURCE: 1997 toyota camry how do you fix a p0340 camshaft sensor A_ bank 1 circuit malfunction
Well, a lot depends on what is causing the P0340 Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) to set.
The Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP) is a pick-up coil mounted in the outer corner of the left cylinder head just below the valve cover (assuming your Camry is equipped with a V-6...you didn't say)
a one tooth signal plate is mounted to the outer camshaft. DTC P0340 sets when there is no signal recieved from the sensor by the Engine Control Module (ECM) either during engine cranking or engine running.
Possible causes are:
> Open or short circuit in CMP sensor circuit
> Faulty CMP sensor
> Defective starter
> Damaged cam signal plate
> Broken timing belt
> Internal ECM problem
Proper diagnosis required.

CODE PO161 IS REGARDING OXYGEN SENSOR BANK2 SENSOR2 WHICH IT IS LOCATED IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAT ON THE OUTPUT OF THE CAT.REGARDING CODE P1135 IS FOR AIR FUEL RATIO OXYGEN SENSOR MALFUNCTION BANK1 SENSOR 1. MY OPINION CHANGE THE SENSOR BANK 2 AND RESET THE FAULT USING A SCANNER AND DRIVE IT. I BELIEVE WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
