You can hear the fuel pump prime when you turn ignition.after a while of stalling re-starting,crawl along at like 2 mph, stepping on the gas just keeps it running but not really moving, you 'll get the odd small backfire ,noise frm the front rather than from the exhaust
First place to start with these symptoms is to change your fuel filter, easy and cheap. I had similar issue with a dodge Dakota 92. If fuel filter does not fix the issue, next I would check to see if your oil gage is fluctuating greatly between low and normal, clogged oil screen or oil sensor can cause similar issues. If those two items check out, next place to look is your timing which your hanes manual can walk you through. These are the most common issues on dodge vehicles. Good luck. (If oil gage is at normal that is not the problem)
Code 12 just saying battery has been disconnected or run down low recently. 32 is related to loss of power light which shouldn't be a problem. I'd concentrate first on code 17- coolant sensor. Changing that may cure your problem, but if not, a good place to start. Sensor may be telling ECM that engine is already warm, thus too lean of a mixture etc.

Sounds like you may need to inspect and replace your fuel line from front to rear. no other reason for your problem.

FIrst have you tried giving the engine a tune up (ie replaced the spark plugs)
Also you need to check the condition of all the vacumn lines on the engine loss of vacumn can cause poor idling.
