Car wont start
If you are not getting any gas pressure, then you need to replace the fuel pump.

when you hold the accelerator does the vehicle stay running? if so the problem is in ithe IAC idle air control motor, take a small screw driver and using the handle tap the iac motor and usualy the motor will kick in and the vehicle will run fine then if the problem is rectified replace the IAC

That sounds like your Idle Air Control valve has gone out.
You can get one at any parts store, and swap it out in a few minutes.
If that doesn't fix the problem, look at your Mass Air Flow meter, that could be out too.

The Ford code P1460 (Wide Open Throttle A/C Cutout Circuit Malfunction). I would first try thr relay.

KNOCKING NOISE IS NOT A GOOD SIGN.SOUND IF YOUR ENGINE OIL LEVEL IS CORRECT NOT LOW. SOUND LIKE OIL PUMP AND MAIN BEARING FAILURE.YOU NEED A REBUILT ENGINE OR OVER HAUL.
