If you are not sure about changing hydraulic hoses the Safest thing you can do is pay a professional to do it for you. DON'T mess with hydraulics if you don't know what your doing. Hydraulics use massive PSI pressure levels, any where from 2000 PSI upwards. As a comparison a car tyre is commonly at around 30 psi.
The hoses have to be designed for high pressure hydraulic systems so you will need to only buy the correct hose for that setup.

sounds lie your pressure is ok, but I am curious about the Volume. When was the last time you changed your Fuel Filter? If it is a flex fuel vehicle, and you use a standard gauge on fuel pressure, it will read a bit high.
Second, How old is your battery? Mine did the same thing over the winter, and I found out that my 2000 S-10 only had one replacement battery 4 years ago. It didnt have the Cranking Amps it needed , resulting in hard starts, and low voltage to the Spark Plugs, which made it run rough.
