never ,ever guess on how to add ATF to any A/T tranny
or big problems, this is why most car companies removed this tube.
to end, wrong fluid added and too much.
the operators guide show the correct ways and steps
do not deviate from them.
if you lost your guide ask for one or just go to jeep and get one

look along the top of the engine (4.0 litre 6 cylinder) to the firewall under the windshield.
look for the yellow dipstick handle on the left rear of the engine.
that's it!

The oil dipstick is located at the back of the engine. If you look at the engine from a top view it is located at about 11 o'clock. It's black.

This is not necessarily an issue, but normal physics. I suggest remove your transducer and test with an external, known good, gauge.... Be sure the vehicle is at normal operating temprature....that will give the lowest pressure reading, as compared to cold engine.

You can get one from a dealer for big $$ or just go to any scrapyard and get one there, really cheap!!! (make sure the trans it came from is a match to yours)
