Prius huh, one of the most complex cars made and you want
DIY diagnosis? ever work high voltage and currents?
if not get it fixed.
first connect a prius aware scan tool and see if there are more DTCs.
Trouble Code: p0a94 DC / DC Converter Performance Trouble Code Conditions:
The monitor will run whenever the following DTC is not present: - Boost converter overvoltage (OVL) signal detection (circuit malfunction) Possible Causes:

this is high voltage system, and has killed mechanics fiddling it with out HV certifications.

MAF, Mass air flow sensor is out of performance range. Clean it with some electrical spray cleaner first. DO NOT use a brush on it., just spray it down both sides if you can. The MAF is between the air filter and throttle body. If your air filter is dirty, replace it also.
The letters pd probably mean pending. Code 300 is a random miss. Four digit codes are brand specific, code 1305 could be for a problem with the ignition coil or ignitor module. Code 1105 could be for a problem with the MAP sensor or control valve. Other than replacing the spark plugs, you may need to take the car to a shop to get it checked out. Replacing parts without testing first could be a very expensive guess.

Pending codes and DTCs?

When reading codes from your vehicle the fault code reader may show them as pending codes or normal Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC).
Pending codes (also known as continuous monitor codes) will be registered when an intermittent fault occurs. If that fault does not happen again after x number of start/stop cycles, the ECU will erase the code from memory. If the fault is persistent it becomes a DTC.
If you have read pending codes it is advisable to check the codes again after a week or so. If there is no apparent problem with the vehicle it is safe to erase the codes too and check back. But always make a note of any fault codes with the date and mileage of a vehicle.
If the codes read include a DTC then you need to investigate further. This you can either do yourself or advise your garage. If, again, you don't see an apparent problem (depending n the severity of the code) with the vehicle you can note the codes down and erase them. Then check again after a week or a few days depending on how often the vehicle gets used. If a repair has been made (previous owner) the DTC may just not have been reset after the repair.
The other numbers behind the code 01/06 ,
02/06, 03/06 , 05/06 ,04/06
These don't mean anything . cheap code reader .

Sorry but this is something you should take to a qualified repair shop that has a diagnostic tool that can view sensor scan data. Causes of lean condition trouble codes P0171 P0174 GM 5 3L
It means a large evaporative emissions leak. It could be a leaking or broken vacuum leak, or a bad seal on the gas cap even. Clear the code and see if it comes back. If so you can replace the gas cap and inspect vacuum lines for leaks. Replace any that are questionable.
The "pd" after the code means that the code is pending. Meaning that the ECM recognized a problem but is identifying it is inactive. You can gather that the problem is intermittent. P0401 means: Exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient. This code has something to do with the EGR system. The EGR valve may be defective of something else within the system is restricted or is clogged and thinks that there is a restriction. Without a scan-tool you will be limited to what you can do or test but you can remove the EGR valve and inspect it for carbon buildup. But you may also want to inspect the vacuum lines and MAP sensor too. Faults in those areas can affect the performance of the EGR system. So be thorough.
THE INTERMITTENT SIGNAL FROM THE DEFECTIVE CRANK SENSOR IS CAUSING THE CAR TO STARVE OF SPARK AND FUEL. IF YOU REPLACE THE CRANK SENSOR, THIS WILL FIX THE JERKING PROBLEM BY HAVING A CONTINUOUS FLOW OF FUEL AND SPARK. THE TRANSMISSIONS ON THESE CARS ARE NOTORIOUS FOR SHIFTING PROBLEMS. THE TRANSMISSION MAY NEED A NEW FILTER AND FLUID. HOPE THIS HELPS. KEEP ME POSTED PLEASE. THANKS FOR AN HONEST RATING AND FOR USING FIX-YA. GOOD LUCK
