If you find any damage parts replace them. 12 is a battery disconnect within the last 50 start cycles and 55 means the end of the diagnostic cycle. Basically the computer found nothing wrong. The 12 code may seem incorrect if you haven't disconnected the battery recently, but from my experience the 12 code shows up almost all the time regardless.

Implausible fuel volume is the code, but it most likely was set from a bad ignition switch. It has to do with the malfunction of the switch, really setting a false code, and there might be another one also, but the ignition switch will correct the problem.

P0301 is #1 cylinder misfire detected and is most likely related to a worn spark plug that is need of replacement. All plugs should be replaced if replacing one. Not sure how many miles you have on this vehicle, or if plugs were ever installed, but this is the basic step to take in diagnosis.
