I need the diagram for the serpinetine belt on a 1991 dodge spirit 3.0

The path of pulleys around which the belt goes (beginning with the crankshaft pulley, and moving clockwise around the array of pulleys) is in this order:
tensioner pulley (belt goes around the pulley counter-clockwise)
power steering pulley (belt goes...clockwise)
alternator (belt...clockwise)
idler pulley (belt going under the pulley)
and back to the crank pulley (belt...clockwise).

1993 Dodge Spirit V6 Short?

Sounds like an alternator problem. Check belt to make sure it's tight, then have alternator tested.

Serpintine belt routing 95 dodge spirit

moz-screenshot.jpgYou can find one at autozone.com, you may have to sign up for a free account, but you can view the job diagram there. It looks like for a 6 cylinder, there are two belts, one goes from the crank pully around the water pump then the alternator, and the other goes around the crank shaft then the power steering pump and then the air compressor pully. The power steering and air is a "v" belt and the other is a ribbed serpentine belt. they both just wrap around no wierd routing. the only thing I do not see is the idler pully or tensioner pullys.

Broken alternator belt on a 1990 Dodge Spirit.

Go to this link & scroll down to figure #11. Explanation is above the picture. If it doesn't have 1/2" drive ratchet/bar hole in it to move it, you'll have to use a wrench on the bolt at end of the pulley, unless you see an independant adjuster there. If it's the tensioner style, it will be hard to move, but it will go.
