Disconnect your battery for 10 minutes after which you connect it back the lights should go off. Don't report to toyota. Nigerian style!

Check the front lights. Usually if i flashes fast it indicate a bulb is out on that side.

SOURCE: I own a 2010 toyota avalon limited & periodically the radio just stops working

Need to have the dealer check it out. Should still be under warranty.
If not you need to check the wire connections, could be loose.

How do you remove the back seat of 2005 avalon limited to get to the fuel pump thru the floor pan?

Pull up firmly on the front part of the lower rear seat. There may be little pull tabs (some models equipped) on the L and R under the front lower part of the rear seat, pull on those to unlock whill pulling upward. hopefully this helps!!
