The engine was just replaced and now it has rough idle and when stopped at light it has a erratic idle .but when driving down road it runs great
Check for loose/ missing vacuum lines on the engine . Easy enough when replacing an engine.

You need to Replace your Gas Cap. The Seal is worn and it is allowing Air to get inside the Fuel tank Causing your Rough Idle.
