check the door restrictor band in the front section of the door as it probably has pulled the panel out of alignment or broken a section out (near the hinges). Re-align the door by adjusting the hinges on the body panel.
I'm not sure about the noise, but the jerking motion might be because your the center roller (located in the rear middle of the sliding door) has worn out and need to be replace. This is a will known problem.
Your problem is very hard to answer because 05-10 odyssey has so many problem with sliding door.

When you open your door you will see a flat bar that slides into the door while opening and closing. It is located between the two door hinges. There is a rubber on the door where the flat bar slides in and out, remove that rubber and you will see little rollers in the door, those rollers need to be oiled, preferably with engine oil. Oil the rollers and work the doors back and forth, the noise should abate.
Most of the time this noise is heard when a temperature actuator has gone bad, you can check this by changing temperatures and noting if the noise changes in sound. If so then replaced the actuator. If no change is noted, then open and lower the glove box and while changing from a/c to max a/c, check that the recirculation door is moving into place and not flapping. if flapping, the recirculation door is broken and will need replacement.
there is a plastic piece that slides in the center of the door hing if you look close it will be broke or cracked in half. That is what is causing the noise.
