When the roof down button is pressed nothing happens, the light on the switch comes on, all 5 fuses for the roof have been checked and are ok

we found a flat lever under back seat well we pulled it forward an we heard a click an then when we tried to raise the top it would not go up we actualy had to manually raise it did that lever disengage the electric raise on my top
