SOURCE: A/C and Heat Driver Side Intermittent Problem

You will need to replace your driver side temp actuator. It is most likely sticking or over travelling. It is located under the dash directly below the a/c control head. It is bolted to the a/c box upside down with two small bolts. Let me know if i can help more.

SOURCE: antifreeze/coolant leaking from under passenger side dash

If it's your heater core, unless you're a mechanic you probably should get professional help. The heater core is located on the firewall and many parts need to be replaced to get to it. Do you see water on the floor inside the vehicle, Many times a heater core will leak inside.

How to determine if your motor is seized? after putting water in the coolant during the winter?

Nick, put a small heater under hood of car for 3 to 4 hours, point it towards front of engine directing toward water pump location. After 3 to 4 hours try to turn engine over to see if it is seized.
Engine probably not seized, if coolant was not strong enough, frost plugs may have popped, which would be better then cracked engine block.

Coolant level sensor failures are common. It is located in the radiator tank on the right (passeger) side of the radiator. it looks like the picture below. Also, there has been a lot of problems with the connector for these sensors. (see picture) AutoZone stocks BOTH of these parts. Inspect the connector for breakage, corrosion and insulation peeling off of the wires. If there are no problems found with the connector, then you can probably just replace the sensor.

1996 lumina leaking coolant towards front of car maybee water pump i dont know leaks alot gets hot fast not driving it right now need any aswer from lumina owners

Once coolant leaks from a water prump (which is where you describe leak), it's one of the 1st warnings the pump is failing. If it were me, I would move forward with that assumption and have the pump replaced.
As you have seen, the engine can overheat quickly, so please, don't drive the car to a mechanic. If you're not going to replace it yourself, have the car towed so you don't do damage to the engine by driving it.

1995 chevy lumina minivan radiator leak while running?

A radiator cap with a bad seal will allow the coolant bottle to stay full but the rest of the coolant system to get low. Water pumps on the V6 engines will leak only when the engine is running. But you will find coolant on the right side of the car. If you do not see coolant on the ground where you park it could be the intake manifold gaskets leaking. This has been a big problem for GM, run a Google search. You can take it to a service center and they can test the system and tell you where the coolant is going.
