I need to know the exact location of the turn signal flasher so as to replace it.
SOURCE: where is the turn signal flasher located on 1995 Buick Century
You have to take the gaurd off underneath the steering wheel to exspose the wires, You should see the fuse there.
SOURCE: turn signal flashers will come on but won't blink
For 1994 Buick Lesabre 3.8L SFI
OHV 6cyl the turn signal flasher is under the instrument panel to the left of
the steering column brace. On the Bonneville, it may be on the left side
on the shroud. The hazard flasher is under the instrument panel to the
right of the steering column.
The turn signal flasher is installed
in a clamp attached to the base of the steering column support inside
the car. In all cases, replacement is made by unplugging the old unit
and plugging in a new one.
Hope helped (remember rated and comment this).

The turn signal flasher is above the emergency brake petal and about 6 inches above, hid by a wiring harness. It is in a clip so pull it out and leave the wire hang to replace the new flasher. If you locate the fuse box drop it down by releasing the two metal clips left and right , the flasher will be directly above the left side of the panel.
