Hi..The belt is accessed by removing the fan guard, fan
and heater hoses.Then remove the belt covers.The lower
cover will require you to remove the belt drive.once removed
you can remove the old belt and reinstall it.

water pump is driven by timing belt behind timing belt covers they have to be removed to get to the water pump
normally timing belt, seals ,tension er pully and water pump are replaced at the same time ..comes in a kit
i dont have the 5S-FE cooling system hot under pressure specs
so I cant answer which inline electric pump pressure is required to work on the 5S-FE

Hello, A 2005 Camry with a 2.4 4 cylinder engine has a timing CHAIN not belt. I don't think that there is a routine maintenance schedule for this. If there is no audible noise coming from the chain area, you probably have nothing to worry about. I hope this helps CYA, Gator241
If you are referring to the vehicle having a "Timing Belt", no, it does not have one.
The 2002 Camry 4 cylinder has a Timing CHAIN, and does not need to be replaced.
