I HAVE A 2001 DODGE STRATUS AND THESE TWO CODES ARE SHOWING UP ON THE DASH BOARD. P0601 AND P1684. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT THEY ARE AND HOW TO FIX THEM?

The last code has a number missing, let's assume P0601 as it is Transmission related..

I would take it back to the transmission place and ask them to fix the issues, because it isn't fixed.

Battery's been disconnected recently. Maybe the codes just there to let the inspector know of recent tampering?

Check and clean batery cables terminal. And drive it for about 60 milles and see if it fix.

Have you tried turning the key to the ON position, then back to OFF three times? Typically this will display all of the codes on the electronic odometer.
