i presume you have checked the oil level... so it's likely you will have to have a new oil pump installed. how are you checking the pressure by the way. if it's by the gauge on the truck consider taking it to a shop to confirm you have no pressure

On the drivers front of engine block below the cylinder head & gasket . Slightly behind waterpump.

Valve is between accumulator and evaporator on the passenger side. Your van originally came with R-12 freon, so you will need to verify that it has been converted to R-134 before adding freon. The different gasses (and especially the lubricating oils) do not mix well.
