I have a 1992 grand voyager and the check gauges light went on yesterday. No gauges work at all (speed, gas, etc) windshield wipers don't work, and the interior light won't turn off when the van is running. We have already checked the fuses and they are all fine. Any help is appreciated!

You have a shorted engine harness, this is not common but it does happen, heat and engine movement cause damage to the harness, this is most common on hi miler cars and vans, the only way to fix it is to start by looking anywhere the harness rubs, that is where the damage occurs.

If you move each wiper by hand, you will feel and hear a clunk. One of the bushings between the wiper motor and the wiper is shot. It could be the one where the wiper is mounted. This is not a costly repair as far as parts, but most time consuming and annoying! LOL Frankster016

check ALL fuses..check the wire connections at the wiper motor..un plug then plug in .the way to test the motor is to get some speaker wire (stop laughing) go from the battery to motor to by pass the switch .

Sounds like an ignition switch problem, maybe even at the key.
