I have been buying kroger's gas for like 2 years. Had no problem till last week. Apparently we have been using their regular which is E85 15%gas and 85% ethananal. Took it to the dealership and was told it was bad gas. they said it didnt even look like gas and that honda and acuras dont do well on the E85. drained fuel system and replaced spark plugs--runs like new again.

Remove the fuel filter and empty it into a glass jar...If you see any water at the bottom, likely there is far more in the tank (there is at least a gallon or more below the fuel pickup) If there's water in there tank needs to be drained and cleaned.

I refueled my tank 1995 Mercedes e320. In less than four miles the engine started to miss. I opened the gas cap and fuel spewed out. I have syphoned off fuel and driven it nearly 30 miles. There is no...

Sounds like you may have picked up some water at last refueling. Drain the tank or just drive the car till you get rid of all the bad fuel. U should go back to where you got the lousy gas and have them reimburse you. I did.

Car wouldn't restart even after I had just driven it and it drove well

hard starting, cranking 3 times to start, engine lite finally came on---
1. shows problem with coil--changed
2. problem with O2 in block--- changed.
3. did a fuel pressure check on original pump--- replaced with new fuel pump
3000 miles later had same problems did a fuel pump pressure test again and it would not hold pressure.
upon removing 3000 mile pump it was hot to the touch so it must have burnt out.
just installed another new one (12000 miles/ 1 year warantee)

Afer being driven 5-7 miljes my 99 tauras loses

I would have to say your engine is probably shot. The bearings are probably gone. It is possible, i suppose, that your oil pump is faulty. As soon as the oil warms up, and becomes thin, the rods and lifters start to rattle. The same goes for the oil pump, as oil becomes hot, and thin, it may not be pumping properly. I would try a used oil pump, and see if there is any difference before i wrote the engine off.

2003 Kia Spectra Loss of power during exceleration

Hi,
The air cleaner mighty be clogged causing insufficient air supply. That is why it runs fine on idle because less air is needed and when the engine demands for more air, there isn't enough.

Engine Floods after brief start and run when cold -then shut off

Local mechanic determined engine was flooded and started it by holding throttle to the floor and cranking 5-7 seconds - then the engine sputtered to life. It has run perfectly before and since and I'm at a bit of loss to understand why this occurred this one time - so far. It's been driven now 5 days with no problems.
