My audio and cruise controls on the steering wheel don't work. The horn works and so does the temp and fan controls.

the horn input to ground is located in the cruise control module. if they both don't work then your cruise control module or the clockspring coil for the steering wheel needs to be replaced. If airbag lights is on as well then I would change the clockspring coil first.

It is most likely a part called a clockspring. It is located behind the steering wheel. When that part is defective you will almost definitely lose your horn, airbag, and cruise control. If it is not that it is probably corroded at the harness located on the steering column or at the cruise control module in the engine bay. If you have tilt, which you probably do, those wires can become frayed at the plug or directly after the plug at the column. I would start with fuses, then wires, then clockspring.

Most of the time your horn and cruise is on the same fuse....Should be a 15 or 20 amp
SOURCE: Ford f250 super duty V10 cruise control doesn't work.
WOULD CHECK BRAKE SWITCH FIRST AS THESE HAVE A HIGH FAILURE RATE.
