Cant find mitsubishi eclipse 2001 GS transmission filter?

OK I suggest that you use a scanner to reset the light in case it was just a blip in the system but if it comes back on then there is a problem that needs to be fixed . Remember that the light also indicates for a transmission fault

The flasher module is located in the fuse box that's located next to the steering wheel

The cylinders are numbered from the front, beltside, back, transmission side, of the engine. So cylinder 4 is the one closest to the transmission.

Hello. Stop looking. The transmission filter on the older eclipses was changed. The 2001 has an internal screen pickup. It is not servicable unless the transmission is disassembled. There is no reason to service it.

Hi, check the fuses i cant see changing the battery would stop it from working.

on the bottom of the transmission the should be the out let for the filter take the six or eight bolt and you will see it
