Several possible causes. 1. weak/bad battery, 2. bad connections (+) positive and or (-) ground between battery and starter. 3. bad cables (+) and or (-) 4. Malfunction in starter solenoid. 5. bad starter/starter bendix. Take/tow the vehicle into a Hyundai Service Center (dealership), pay the diagnostic fee. They will tell you EXACTLY what the problem is and what's needed to fix it (parts, labor, tax, time-frame, etc.).
Firstly - check that your battery is fully charged. Then check the earth (negative) cable connections and make sure they are 100% clean and making contact. Then check the connections to the starter motor - are they tight, clean and making contact? If all is in order then it sounds as if the starter motor needs replacing or overhauling. Because you can hear a click means that it's likely that the solenoid is working ok but there is a dead spot on the commutator. As a final check, get a friend to turn the ignition switch fully clockwise while you tap the body (not the solenoid) of the starter with a hammer. If the starter turns the engine over then you need a replacement/overhaul.

It could be bad solenoid or starter. Take it off and have Auto parts store to check it for you.
