What atf do i put in my skyline 250 gt four

HOT ENGINE, IN PARK , IDLEING
LOW <<<<<X>>>>>>high
LEVEL MUST BE ABOUT, AND NOT LOW AND NOT HIGH.
OR BELOW OR OVER HIGH EVER.
not look like ATF , LOOKS LIKE TAR OR SMELLS BURNT

You have an engine misfire from the symptom you gave. Have the engine control module tested/scanned for fault codes, there will be a code that ID's the culprit cylinder that is misfiring.

Test coolant temp sensor (acts as a choke).

BCM's are usually behind the dash near the middle. Yours is behind the glove box.

Check your throttle position sensor.

Not sure what you mean by "better oil" but I'll tell you this... The M50D transmission is designed to use ATF. If you're using a stadard Type F fluid then yes, there is a better oil. It's Mercon V ATF. I believe this tranny takes 3 qts.

You can leave it overfilled - it won't do any harm. You'll just have ATF spilling out of the dipstick.

Chrysler four-speed automatics only use ATF+4, regardless of what the dipstick or owner's manual says. ATF+4 is the right fluid for Chrysler automatic transmissions built since 2001

the R32 + 33 skylines are good motor cars, from a 2nd hand point of view, make sure they have been maintained and not excessivly modified, as a nissan mechanic the biggest problem with the skylines are when people increase the turbo boost without bigger intercoolers or fuel systems, this will eventually destroy the motor.
If you can find one, buy an unmodified one, or one that has been modified correctly.
Also be aware the timing belt and platnum spark plugs neede to be replaced every 100,000km or 60,000miles, this can be an expensive job...
