Radio codes are normally dependent upon the serial number of the radio. You obtain the serial number off the radio and contact the dealer and they can give you the code once you verify that you are indeed the proper owner of the radio.
Assuming you want to obtain your access code for the radio, and it is the original one. You don't need it. You need the VIN code for the car.

I had the same problem! All you do is call your closest Jaguar dealer and give them the serial # that is under the radio(so you have to remove the radio) they did it over the phone for me and they will give you the code, it's usually gonna be a 1- 6 combo cause thats the numbers for programming if you notice.
