Battery is good, Starter is good , solenoid is good, connections are all good, clutch safety switch is good, with the trans in gear and the front wheels off the ground the engine will turn freely but when the ignition switch is turned the starter clicks, I believe this to be the crank position sensor!!! My friend had the same issue on his 2001 civic, but it would crank sometimes, this one wont even turn over. Anyone ever had this issue before?
Make sure the positive cable, makes a good connection at the battery and at the starter. Make sure the negative cable makes a good ground connection at the battery and (preferably) at the engine.
Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok.
If the wiring looks ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection, and proper voltage at the starter(10 volts minimum while cranking).
If the starter spins and no crank, the problem is most likely the Solenoid's bendix gear is stuck.
Have someone hit (not too hard) the starter while you try to start the car. This usually works by dislodging a stuck bendix gear.
If you can, somehow get the engine running, measure the voltage at the battery. It should be at least 13.6 volts to properly charge the battery.
The crank sensor only comes into play while the engine is cranking or running to tell the computer where TDC is.
A no crank issue would be only the starting or security system.
Do you have battery power at the starter when the key is in the start position ? Are the battery cables clean and tight on both ends ?

You might have to change the spark plugs or at least have them cleaned.

check powers out of the ignition switch big in big out usually first place to start

Yes, it sounds like your solenoid is bad and staying engaged against the flywheel, you could do an amperage draw and a voltage drop test to find out for sure, but you will need an DVOM and a amp clamp. Or you could take it into an auto parts store and they will test it for free. Hope this helps.

The source of the problem seem to me it is an electrical problem,in this case you have to diagnose the ecu.
