Timing marks you are best to mark yourself to make yourself, i wouldnt recomend you do this unless you know what you is doing, as you my damage valves on your restart, that means new engine, get it into a garage if you are not sure

I need to know how to set the timming marks on the 1.6 double over head cams to replace timming belt

timming marks on cams face each other 3 and 9 o clock crank mark at about 6 o clock mark in cover and sump auto adjuster arrow should be in v mark to set this requires turning water pump by loosening water pump bolts slightly be warned some times this causes pump o ring seal to leak if turning.
