Motor is running for 30 minutes and then dies

I have an RV with a ford e 350 for cab and I'm not sure what the issue is so I am starting with the fuel filter but I'm not sure how to get it off. Any help with the big problem or how to change the fuel filter would be helpful

To answer your first question, you would release fuel pressure then remove the filter. There is a clip in each end that gets removed first.
I would want to know if you are loosing fuel or spark when the engine dies before proceeding. I would doubt a filter would cause the problem you describe.

Yes a fuel filter can cause the problem but I would say it's most likely the fuel pump or fuel pump relay. Can you hear the fuel pump running when you turn on the ignition?

Sounds like a fuel pump, but start with the filter.

SOURCE: Ford 460 loses power then dies. Starts back up. Idles fine.

It sounds like you might have a clogged catalatic converter on the exhaust system.

Heater in the cab of my rv not heating

Have you checked your heater by any professional? I think the problem might be in the insulation of RV. There may be the leakage issue. If you found any leaks than use some liquid coatings to repair. Reply back if your problem remains unsolved

The fuel pressure sounds too low. Is it multi-port injection? Check the fuel pressure against your specs for the car and engine. MPFI systems usually require 40-50 psi.

The first thing you must do is check the engine control system for fault codes. To do that go here and read instructions.

Ford 2005 F350 Diesel 6.0 engine will start and dies about 30 - 45 minutes later. I wait about 30 minutes and it will turn on for about 30 to 45 minutes again.

it may be from the STC fitting on the back of the high pressure oil pump or possibly the branch tube o rings have worn. the branch tubes are located under the valve covers and supply the fuel injectors the oil they need to perform their power stroke.
and check the intake and the turbos.
