Im working on a 92 Buick park ave with dual climate control. It only blows out of the defrost vents when in heat mode but when switched to ac it blows out of the dash vents. Already tried an ac programmer, head unit, and body module. Also checked vaccum lines. If I jump the pink vaccum line to the violet line it will blow through the dash vents but it is warmer on the passenger side. Now that I have tried the body module and swapped it back to the original bm it wont even crank over. Any ideas???
Sounds like you might have blown the BM unit. As far as the vent selection goes, I worked on a Buick LeSabre a few years ago with the same kind of trouble. There is a vacuum distribution block down under the glove compartment that directs the route air goes. It is notoriously trouble. In my case the block was poorly formed. Sometimes the vacuum connections on the block are plugged, sometimes they crack or break off. Unless you are a full blown Mr Fixit you just need to replace the block.
Testimonial: "I did try to replace that block with the new ac programmer and still have the same issues. Any other ideas?"
Have you checked to see if anything is caught in the box where the door redirects the air? Sometimes items will fall down in from the defroster vents and block the door from swinging properly. Or something could have gotten sucked into the box.
No but what gets me is that in ac mode it will blow through the dash vent or if I jum vacuum to the violet line in heat mode it will blow heat through the dash vent as well. For what ever reason it will not supply vacuum to the violet line in heat mode.
That's why I am saying there may be something in the box blocking the diverting door from swinging to redirect the air.

sounds like the drivers temp door actuator is not working should be located on the drivers side of the air box down by the gas pedal or center dash area.

HVAC control head problem or it is the air Temp Control Valve problem. THe control head is the one with the buttons and knobs and the control vavle is located on the HVAC carrier assembly underneath dashboard (two of them one on left and one on right in center). This is a job for someone who has knowledge of HVAC and electrical on a GM vehicle.

my a/c blows heated air out on passenger side and cold on driver side what is my solution to this problem

It can be low on freon,or,the actuator motor foor that side blend door is bad,if so,the dash has to be removed to replace the actuator motor.
