SOURCE: low oil when engine warms up gmc sierra 1995

30-40 psi of oil pressure is fine for many vehicles including your GMC. I am assuming that the truck has more than 100,000 miles on it and still has the original engine in it. By rule of thumb you only need 10 psi per 1000 rpms in a typical street driven engine to give adequate oil pressure to keep the bearings from oil starvation. The oil pressure is typically higher when initial start up occurs because it is more viscous due to the temperature of the oil as the engines oil warms up the visconsity thins out and the oil flows more smoothly. The drop in oil pressure is a normal occurance. Above 45 is more than required for a daily driven street engine. I believe that the specs on that engine only list 30- 45 psi.

SOURCE: HOW DO I BYPASS SPARK SYSTEM ON 1995 GMC SIERRA

Unplug the bypass connector. Tan wire, black tracer. It is either under the cover on the firewall under the hood passenger side or by the passenger side foot area.

SOURCE: how to align a 94 gmc sierra

Inner and outer ball joints?? If you mean tie rod ends u will need to set the toe in. Mesure the distance across the back of the tires and then across the front. The differance is ur toe in. Best take it to a wheel align shop and have it done properly it will save you a lot on tires.

SOURCE: 1995 gmc sierra 4x4 shifter wont go in 4 wheel drive.

my name is michael. You said it will go into 4 low but not into 4 hi. Have you lifted the truck to see if it is operational? Does your 4x4 light come on? Does it grind into either 4 hi or low? And one thing, has anyone ever taken the axle out on the right hand side? Please feel free to email me at [email protected].

Headlight assembly replacement

This is a pretty strait forward process but if you have never done it take it somewhere and ask them to show you how If you turn the adjustment screws it will be out of alignment or they will strip and your headlight alignment will never be right. You could also purchase a chilton or haynes manual for about $20 and it should be covered. You can get these at any parts store
