I want to chang the rear brake ! so how do i get to the brake or what do i need to get the dum off !

with every thing out of the way and you don`t have a torch to warm the drums, take a hammer and hit the drum between the wheel studs hard this should pop the drums loose, what happens is they get rusted/corroded to the hub assembly and need help to get loose.

to try and get the rear brake drums off first try to knock the drum off with a hammer and hit the center area around the hub area not the studs. by doing this you will be vibrating the drum and it might free itself off or if this does not work then at the back of the drum there is an access hole take the rubber plug out and turn the adjuster to slack off the brakes so you could get the drum off

the shoes may be misadjusted, try jacking it up, and with emergency brake off turn the wheels to see if they freewheel or if they drag-pull the dums off and make sure the shoes are centered on the backing plate, then install the drums again. if they drag, use a screwdriver or star wheel adjusting tool to back the shoes off a little bit.

its the brakes rotors or calipers

This may sound dum but its been done a few times and is a simple mistake , the bleeder screw is up top, with the caliper on the bleeder screw should be up top, if not then calipers are on the wrong side, it sounds like air in the system, also you pumped the pedal up to push out the piston so pads hit rotor after bleeding,i dont see anything else, if the pedal is good with pinched lines at caliper then it got to be calipers are wrong or on the wrong side and the bleeder is not atop caliper,also you bleed the rear also? these trucks and cars use left caliper and rt rear on one system of the master and rt front and left rear on one side, let me know about the caliper, heres a picture to show you what i mean. hope this helps

Yes, it has rear Disc Brakes, I would suggest to change the rear pads since they have to remove the rear Brake Calipers to remove the rotors and it wouldn't take much more time or labor to replace the pads at that point. That way when your rear rotors are re-installed and your new brake pads are installed your rear brakes should give you longer service life and better stopping power.
