there are 2 sets of torque specs for flywheel bolts as there are 2 different fly wheels in use with different bolts for each
go google and type in--torque specifications for nissan navara flywheel bolts and fins a site relevant to you application
it could be 61-69 ft/lbs a or 90 ft lbs depending on the flywheel and the vehicle 2wd or 4wd
make sure it is completely in 2wd. put it in 4wd then 2wd and make sure your hubs are off anyway. now put your truck in reverse and back it up about 10 or 15 feet. this will disengage something. try it and see if i help. no promises though.
im having the same problem... 2wd works fine, 4wd lo and hi both when the engine is just above idle and the wheels spin there is a knocking and when it goes too fast its like a grinding.... ive been told it was the actuator... but ive yet to test that theory... let me know what u find out on that... id sure like to get mine fixed too
It sounds like your driveline to the rear wheels is broken. Could be transfer case output shaft to the rear wheels has broken. Try disconnecting the rear drive shaft and see if you can turn it by hand with the transfer case engaged in 2WD. If you can turn it while the Sahara is in gear, the output shaft is no longer connected to the engine for some reason.
