Are you saying you have smoke coming out of the tail pipe ? Or is something dripping onto the exhaust pipe and burning ? If the smoke is coming out of the tail pipe, is it blue, white, or black ?
what did you do to the intake? but an easy way to fix da smoke is to go and buy a can of STOP SMOKE it comes in an aerosol can and you just spray it into your engine
