The fue TANK pressure senson is on top of the gas tank, there is no pressure sensor on the fuel rail, you have to use a fuel pressure tester.

Is there an atmospheric pressure sensor on Ford Windstar 1998?

Basically early fuel injection system used 2 types of air intake sensors. One if called air flow meter or AFM,the other is manifold absolute pressure sensor or MAP. Only either one is used. Never both. AFM usually sits very close to the air cleaner even sometimes is attached to the air box. MAP sits closer to intake manifold and use the engine vacuum to measure pressure.

I have a 1998 Ford Windstar with a 3.8 liter engine. Where is the crankshaft sensor

The crankshaft position (CKP) sensor on the 1998 Windstar with 3.8L is located near the crankshaft pulley on the front cover. There is a shield mounted over the CKP sensor that you'll need to remove to access the sensor.

Would you care to share why you suspect the CKP sensor is bad? Typically with Fords a bad CKP will cause a no-start condition due to no spark, but you'll still hove good fuel pressure.

I have a 1998 windstar that when I start it and run it for a few it blows my fuel pump fuse I have replaced the the fuel pump pressure sensor what could be the cause of it oh and it keeps giving the...

Well code 1450 for a Ford product is a problem with the gas tank venting system.
I would think the pump in the tank is blowing the fuse, and it could be from excessive pressure in the tank.

Where is the fuel pump on a 1998 ford windstar van

The fuel filter is under the van located near the gas tank on a bracket bolted to the body. Make sure you relieve the fuel pressure before taking the lines off of the filter.

HAVE EVAP SYSTEM CHECKED. THE DEALERSHIP HAS TO RUN A DIAGNOSTIC TEST TO CHECK OUT WHOLE EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM.
