I have replaced the fuel pump, filter and rebuilt the TBI including new injectors. Then I replaced the MAV sensor. throttle body positioning valve and Idle control valve. I have now replaced the Cat converter, new plugs, wires, rotor, cap and even the ignition module and nothing has changed. Any ideas?

turn the key to the on position a see if you can here a buzzing sound around the fuel tank,if you don't hear a sound then. (be very careful while doing this) with the key off take a fuel line coming from the tank loose, make sure its pointed away from you and turn the key to the on position, see if any gas comes out,if not then your fuel pump is probably bad.

Hello.. looks like you are getting good fuel delivery. Is the fuel curve mixture on the scanner in specs? How is the timing, the timing chains on these engines will stretch and throw the timing off causing a ping and missfire -- a weak valve spring is something to consider. Also, the PCM may be faulty. I hope this helps.
