The reservoir should be located under the hood on the passenger side, above serpentine belt. Guide your eyes backwards towards the mid section of the engine on the passenger side. the small reservoir will have a small turn cap on top. (passenger side off vehicle)

In my '94 LeSabre, the power steering fluid reservoir is located at the top, rear, passenger side corner of the engine. It is a small plastic container with a black plastic cap that says, "Power Steering" on it.

The reservoir is in with the power steering pump. You can find the power steering pump along the serpentine belt and remember to check the level while the engine is running. On the power steering cap there is a built in dip stick with makings, just make sure you don't over fill. Good luck and hope this helps. I think on the 3.1 and 3.4 the power steering pump is at the top just to the right od the alternator.

power steering fluid is usually transmission fluid, if you use a fluid that is too thin it can cause this problem,the power steering reservoir is under the hood.....hope this helps.....cheers.
