Actually Mercury Mountaineer 2002. Check engine light came on, had auto zone check for me. Code ( P0775 ) Pressure solenoid in transmission. I believe a total of six solenoid in transmission. Would like to know if there is a way to check each individual solenoid, so i won't have to buy the solenoid pack that is almost $500. I have a multimeter. I see this is a very common issue with this type of transmission in the Ford's & Mercury's. Bottom line, is there a way i can do this in my garage, can't afford to take to shop.

Hi there,
Code P0775 = Pressure Solenoid "B"
This solenoid is responsible for feeding the correct transmision fluid 'pressure' through the valve body. The valve body is located inside your transmission and contains multiple valves & shifting solenoids, responsible for the correct shifting behaviour of your gears etc.
To gain access to the valve body/sole, you will need to drain transmission fluid, then undo the transmission cover.
You will need to check the resistance of each solenoid, to confirm they are within factory spec.
Some transmission designs will provide access to the solenoids once you remove the trans cover (this design allows you to easily test/replace the solenoids), but if your design requires the removal of the valve body first, then you should leave this job to an experienced FORD transmission specialist, as the valve body is a very delicate piece of machinery with many minute parts. The valve body can be very easily damaged, if not treated with care.
Good luck....

First thing I would do is make sure you battery cables have a flawless connection. I had a Honda with a similar problem. I changed the battery cable and it all went away. Like magic. Sometimes these can be a simple fix.

A P0011 DTC trouble code may be caused by one or more of the following:
Incorrect camshaft timing
Wiring problems (harness/wiring) in intake timing control valve control solenoid system
Continuous oil flow to VCT piston chamber
Failed timing valve control solenoid (stuck open)
It is kind of serious, You would have to take it to a shop for repair, as there are many problems it could be and its tough to help over the computer

P1507 means "Idle Air Control Underspeed Error". It can be most commonly caused by a vacuum leak, a damaged Idle Air Control (IAC) assembly or a stuck IAC valve that needs cleaning. Essentially, your engine isn't idling at high enough according to your computer's programming parameters. Many times this shows up in colder weather as you try and start your vehicle. It will usually die unless you put your foot on the gas pedal and raise the RPM's. I have also read where a clogged air filter might be the problem. I would try cleaning your IAC valve first.
