I've fixed this problem before. You have to disconnect the wiper transmission from the wiper motor. Put wipers in off position, unbolt the plate on top of wiper, turn wipers on then off. In the off position see where the wiper transmission is position in relation to where the park position is, remove the top plate from wiper motor and position it so as to be able to reconnect the wiper transmission now in the proper place. Please keep me informed. thanks you

Windshield wipers stop working

At the base of the wiper arm there is a plastic cap,pop this off ,underneath there is a nut that holds the arm in place ,if it gets loose the post will turn inside the blade.Just turn the wipers off and tighten the nuts with the blade in the parked position.

M LEFT WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE GOES WAY OUT PAST THE WINDOW FRAME. WHEN I SHUT IT OFF IT STOPS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINDOW. THE OTHER ONE WORKS FINE

All you need to do is to remove the wiper blades of the driver side and then switch on and off the wipe so that the other wiper is seen to work in correct position. Now switch off and in the parked condition, fit back the driver side wiper to the stem.
The wiper must now work

How do i time my wiper blades after replacing wiper motor blades stay in vertical position when set on interrmitent

Remove the wiper arms from the drive posts. Turn on your wipers with the engine running and shut the wipers off -- this will put the wiper drive posts in the park position.

Reinstall the wiper arms so the blades are about an inch above the bottom of the windshield.

Winsheild wipers wont work properly

just a suggestion: remove the wiper transmission from the motor. turn the motor on, then off so it returns to the park positon and re-connect the trans to it, with the trans in the park position as well. then try it. (make sure the motor is properly grounded.)

Windshield wipers not parking

The problem could be a bent parking pall bracket. This is usually caused when you wipe snow from windshield using the wipers instead of brushing off. You need to remove both wipers and the cover from the drivers side. Remove the cover over the wiper motor assembly (held by a plastic button). On the right side of the wiper mechanism is a small tab (part of the wiper bracket). This tab needs to be straight for the wiper park pall to rest against.Carefully hammer this tab straight (or you may have to replace bracket, big job) Then cycle the wiper and you will see the assembly return to park position. Re-install all parts in reverse order.
Hope this works for you.
