Why doesn't it fill with gas?

You likely have a bad canister vent valve.

Evap emmission,control sys leak

Do not top off your gas tank. The gas is going into carbon canister which is only for fuel vapors to go into (carbon canister opening near the top of fuel neck near the gas cap). Your flooding the fuel vapor canister with liquid fuel; of course you are going to get a sensor message... 'Evap emmission, control sys leak

P0443 The fuel vapor canister reduces that gas smell on hot days outside/inside of car. The fuel vapor canister fillers bad smells from gas tank on hot days when the gas expands and burps fumes through carbon canister filter. From the canister (gas vapor fumes) goes back into the engine to be burned again...it's a closed loop for vapors to be recycled though engine. Don't worry, once the carbon canister dries out and no longer flooded with raw fuel the code should go away...just don't let the top off fuel tank back flow into the 'Evap emission control' carbon filter near the top and close to the gas cap...:)

How to replace an evaporate canister vent solenoid

replacing the the F75Z-9F945-CA solenoid is not that difficult, granted the space is tight. First, disconnect the electrical connection. Second, remove the solenoid from the canister by pulling the solenoid toward the driver's side of the vehicle ( the solenoid is attached to the canister with an O ring connection). Once the solenoid is disconnected from the canister you should be able to pull it down from the crossmember to gain access to the vacuum line on the solenoid. Once the vacuum line has been disconnected, the solenoid should be free. Reverse the steps to install the new solenoid. I did this today and the procedure took about 20 minutes from start to finish.

I HAVE A FORD F250 THAT TAKES YOU TWENTY MINUTES TO FILL THE GAS TANK BECAUSE NO MATTER HOW YOU HOLD THE HANDLE IT KICKS BACK THE GAS. YOU HAVE TO FILL IT VERY SLOW.

The most likely cause is the vent pipe is plugged with gas on the vapor canister this can be caused by a stuck closed canister purge valve or raw fuel in the canister purge valve remove the hoses one at a time on the canister and see if it has liquid gas in it. if it does you will have to see if the hose from the intake is plugged with carbon, this is the most common problem with these trucks.

How to fix obd2 code 1443 on 96 ford ranger emisson test failed

It is usually carbon pieces from the evap carbon canister clogging the purge solenoid and purge flow sensor. There should still be a one piece purge solenoid and purge sensor with hose assembly available. You will also need to replace the carbon storage canister.
After replacement disconnect the negative battery cable, hold your foot on the brake pedal for 30 seconds, then reconnect the battery.
