1997 S10 fule pump relay location

Hi, I have a 1997 S10 and can not find the relay for the fule pump. The pump is n ot working and I do not think it is getting power.

Chances are it is your fuel pump and not the relay relays are in a black box under the hood

    uses a basic OHM meter to test fuel pump see if power is getting back there. don't have one? unhook black lead to f.pump and place a 12volt pigtail with bulb in line does bulb light? then there is power. it is then not a relay. if the pump is out test it with a battery touch the leads to the terminals of the pump if it turns over it is not the pump. I would check the ground lead for corrosion. means it is loose and arcing. could cause intermittant problems depending on weather.

1994 s10 blazer v6 Where is the fuel pump relay located. there are 3 i can see on the firewall 2 on passenger side and one drivers side
Have someone turn the ignition you should be able to feel or hear it click if not it prob bad and swap one of the same relays in its spot.

1997 chevy s10 fuel pump relay location
It is in the glove box behind a plastic panel. There will be 3 relays there. It is the one closest to the drivers side.

1997 savana van no power to the fule pump changed fule relay, have spark, have power to the fule pump fuse pannal but no power at the fule pump wires, at the tank. the fule pump wont come on at all.
look in your manual for a fuel pump reset button. Usually in the rear of the vehicle.

I DON'T KNOW OF ANY RESET BUTTON OR INERTIA SWITCH USED ON GM VEHICLES, USUALLY THEY DO HAVE FUEL PUMP RELAY AND RECIEVE BATTERY VOLTAGE FROM AN ECM FUSE

Fule cut off switch were is it located
There is a fuel pump relay located behind the clove compartment on the passenger side. Remove the philips screws and pull out the glove box. There you will see the relay that turns off the fuel pump.

97 s10 fule pump stop workin
The fuel system before the fuel pump should be checked to verify that there is no clogging of fue lines. There might be a possibility that the fuel tank could have corroded deposits, so when the fuel pump sucks fuel from the tank, these debris are collected into the fuel system which can cause blockages, so in reality the pump itself mite not be the problem. Also is there anyway that you can verify that the fuel pressure is of desired value (psi)?
