I am looking to buy a 1994 Toyota land cruiser. IT looks like there is a small oil leaks and a transmission fluid leak. The oil leak could be either an oil pan leak, rear seal, or valve covers. The transmission appeared to be coming from the rear of the transmission by the output shaft seal. What should it cost me to fix these leaks?

Could be quite costly. Especially the rear main seal on the engine. You have to take the trans out to even get to it. I would look for something else with less problems to buy.

When i push in my landcruiser prado model 1994 4/4 button the hub is not locking what can i do ?

You may have a frozen cable to the actuator, or the actuator itself may be bad. Check also for vacuum leak(s). Peace. God bless.

Well,so does my Toyota.
Major PITA to find source.
Get leak detection dye and UV flashlight.Yellow glasses may help.
Wash off front of engine at the quarter car wash.(Engine running)
When you get home, add dye.Run engine for one minute or less and look.Use an inspection mirror to see the lower cam cover and front of oil pan with engine off.
The dye with glow bright yellow.

80s cruiser L/H side of my engine it looks like diesel leaking

i am willing to bet it is coolant. over time you have to change your intake gaskets. because they will start to leak. now on the newer chevys this is very common to have to replace the intake gaskets every 60,000-100,000 miles. now if the cruser runs very good becides the leak i would definently replace the gasket and keep on driving the old girl. i hope this information was usefull to you and please rate my solution.
Thank you
