What do you mean by "universal tool"? Have you tried with a spark plug socket?
If not, spark plugs typically need to be changed by a special tool, a long thin socket with rubber inlay at the top of the socket to protect the plug and hold it in the socket. Usually they have a handle that looks like a 'T', they are available at any auto parts store.

most of cars use rods, linkage, to comunicate gear shifter and transmission and this linkage have loints witch are robber and these robber joints some times wear out and you need to replace them. Open the shifter cover and check if therr is any damage there and inside the hood find the transmission shifter on the transmission and follow the linkage and inspected too, if these things are ok the check the transmission itself
They are right along the top of the engine going in behind the valve cover. They are deep down inside under the wire w/boot 2 of them have ignition coils on top of them (they are bolted down with 2 small bolts each) and have plugs plugged into them (1 each on outside edge) the other two are just beneith the rubber boots connected to the spark plug wire. Hope this helped you out. MWG
Can you tell if your car is a GDI or MPI? What do you mean by buking? Can you describe the problem a little bit more...like when it does it cold or hot full throttle or slow openings?
