My chevy cruze 2013 power steering is locked. They key turns and can start the car, but the steering wheel remains locked

Can you take the vehicle out of park and put it into gear? If so, move the car a bit forward or backward and see if the steering unlocks. If so, it was probably parked in a manner that had the steering wheel stressed against a turn.

2006 Ford 500 steering wheel locked or power steering not working. Check system alert and battery light turns on.

Call your Ford dealer and ask them if you car has a locking steering wheel.
Since "forever" ago, there was a were "star wheels" attached to the inside of the steering column, for the purpose of preventing theft by locking the steering wheel when the key was removed.. The bad side was that those locks can jamb if the steering wheel
is at the end of it's travel, such as can happen if the front wheel of the car is jammed against a curb when parked.
Your fix might just be to turn the steering wheel whilst trying to start it, though it may take a little muscle.
God bless your efforts.

I have locked the steering wheel, how do I unlock it. Now the car is immobilized and I can't start the engine

You may have to use a little muscle here. When this happens, turning you steering wheel to the left usually will release the ignition lock cylinder so tha you can turn the key. Make sure you hold the steering wheel once you have turned it. Keep in mind, it won't turn very far. One side you turn to will feel like it hit something solid, the other side you turn to will be the unlock side.

So
Turn steering wheel and hold until you are able to turn the key. It will take a bit of effort on your part, but that should get it back going.

I have a 2000 z24 cavalier. When turning left and braking i get a wineing noise in the left front, then release the brake and still hear the noise for a little bit . sounds like power steering pump. but...

sounds like a wheel bearing,. jack the car up and check for play in the wheel by moving it back and forth. the wheel should feel tight and only move with the steering system

My 99 subaru legacy 2.5 feels like its going to stall when im turning at slow speeds like about to park.

if you are turning the wheel all the way until it stops then you are putting the steering pump in a bind cuasing the engine to slow down more causing the engine to stall ,,, recommend you turn the steering wheel all the way you are going until the wheel stops and then back the other way a little bit to stop this binding,, shoulsd stop your problem

Steering does not seem true seems to drift to the left .a little harder to turn right than left. dealer says seems ok to him. i still feel a slight tightness when turning right

This could be a number of things. To check you would have to disconnect the steering from both wheels with the car up on jack stands. then try turning the steering wheel and each wheel to see which if any feel stiff. Then you would know where to start looking. Also make sure the whole front end and steering system is lubed properly.
